CapitalPSA offers flexible financial features that can compliment your existing accounting system. All financial data is easily accessible and exportable in minutes—making it simple for your accounting team to pull the information they need for official reporting, including P&Ls.
You decide how much of the financial functionality to use: CapitalPSA can support both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workflows, or you can choose to use it solely for AR. If your business requires tighter or automated integration with QuickBooks or another financial platform, our team is ready to work with you to implement a customized solution quickly and effectively.
CapitalPSA is not a multi-tenant solution. Each customer has a dedicated, independently hosted instance—meaning your environment is fully isolated, your data is completely private, and the platform is entirely yours. You maintain full control over your instance, including database access, configuration, and customization.

Not at this time. CapitalPSA does not include built-in revenue recognition functionality; however, we understand that every business has unique requirements. If revenue recognition is a critical need, we’re happy to work with you to explore custom solutions that align with your policies and accounting practices.
Our pricing is tailored to each customer based on your specific needs, team size, and level of customization. While there is a minimum monthly cost to cover platform usage and ongoing development, we strive to keep it affordable and aligned with the value we deliver. Custom features and integrations can be discussed collaboratively and implemented cost-effectively.
In some cases, if you’re also using our capital services through FactorPSA, your CapitalPSA platform fees may be fully offset—making the software effectively free. Many PSA systems cost between $10,000 and $50,000 per year. With CapitalPSA, you not only get a solution tailored to your business, but also the opportunity to recover that cost through our integrated offerings. It’s a win-win.
No. There are no long term commitments required. If needed, we can provide exports of your data and help you disconnect within your paid term.
