Charles Rich and Richard Davis first crossed paths in the late 1990s while helping build one of the earliest large-scale software platforms to define the Professional Services era.
After years in senior technical and operational roles, they shared a goal—to create a system that simplifies how service firms run and grow.

In 2008, that goal became real with the founding of Source 360 Group, the foundation behind CapitalPSA. Drawing on decades of experience across consulting, engineering, and enterprise delivery, they built a platform designed to remove friction, improve visibility, and give growing firms control over their projects and cash flow.

Today, CapitalPSA reflects that same philosophy: practical automation for people who actually run the business.
